As we are a mail order company, we unfortunately do not offer a collection service, mainly because our warehouses don't have the facilities for this. However, we do have daily collections from our associated couriers & Royal Mail and providing your payment is received with in "good time" (Cheques will obviously need to clear first and can take 5 working days to do so) it is likely to be sent out the same day, (working hours and days apply).

Everything we send out, is sent out by a "recorded signed for service" meaning that some one will need to be in to sign for your item. Requests to leave the package "with a neighbor" or "in the porch" unfortunately can not be for filled and an alternative (perhaps working address) delivery address will need to be supplied. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is in to accept the package, the couriers should leave a card stating that they attempted a delivery, where upon you can contact them and arrange either; to go and collect the package from your nearest depot or for them to deliver to you again at another time.

Returns Items should be checked AS SOON AS POSSIBLE following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. This also applies when the goods being bought are to be gifts or consequently sold on again; please check all items received from us as soon as possible! Any decisions regarding whether a refund is given will be made by the Customer Services Manager. Where appropriate, the cost of any items found to be damaged in transit, not in correct working order or missing from an order, (if not replaced like for like,) will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back. Please note that when sending items (for whatever reason) back to us, that you are strongly advised to send them by recorded delivery only. Sending by normal post means that there is a potential that the items may be lost in the postal system and there is no way for you to prove that we received the item back. Any items that you have received that are incorrect or faulty and that we have consequently pledged to exchange; we will endeavour to reimburse your return shipping costs, providing the items are returned by recorded delivery only and are of appropriate and relative cost.
